These template terms describe a sample agreement between 7X Advertising and the people who use its services. The language here is generic and meant only to show structure. Swap every section for terms that match how your business actually operates.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the services offered by 7X Advertising, you agree to the terms written here. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the services. Continued use after an update means you accept the current version.

2. Use of the service

You agree to use the service in a lawful and reasonable way. This template asks you to keep your login details private, provide accurate information, and avoid anything that would harm the platform or other users. A few examples of expected conduct:

• Keep your account information current and truthful.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, copy, or misuse the service.
• Follow any usage limits described in your plan.

3. Billing and no long-term contract

This sample assumes a simple, recurring subscription with no fixed term. Fees are billed on the cadence quoted to you, and you keep access for the period you have paid for. Because there is no long-term contract in this template, you are free to continue month to month for as long as the service is useful to you.

4. Cancellation

This template lets you cancel at any time. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. There are no exit fees in this sample. Describe your own cancellation window and any refund handling here.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, this template limits the liability of 7X Advertising for indirect or incidental losses. The service is provided on an as-is basis in this sample. Replace this section with wording that reflects your real risk position and local law.

6. Changes to these terms

This sample allows 7X Advertising to update these terms from time to time. When a change is meaningful, the updated date at the top of this page should be revised and, where appropriate, users notified. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
